Mr. Braun is an emergency management consultant currently supporting Municipal District Services with the COVID-19 event. He was the Emergency Management Coordinator for Fort Bend County, the western part of the metro Houston area, during Hurricane Harvey which heavily used unmanned aerial systems- plus Hurricane Ike, and six other smaller presidentially declared disasters. Prior to that, he was a City Manager in four communities, giving him a comprehensive perspective on disasters.
